Bye bye bus

Today was Brooklyn's last day on the bus. I think she will miss riding the bus. Thankfully I got with Hannah's mom and we worked out a car pooling system so that they can still ride together. She is doing really well in school. She does very well on her homework and tries hard. We couldn't be more proud of her!

It's BYU Friday!

 Today after school Brooklyn and Hannah wanted to play. I told Hannah that Brooklyn had to go home to do homework and afterwards she could play. Hannah wouldn't let go of Brooklyn's hand. Her mom had to take Hannah's death grip off Brooklyn's hand. I guess Hannah really wanted to play!

 Later tonight Brooklyn finally got to go to Hannah's and the rest of us watched BYU. We had our own little party. It was a lot of fun. It was weird to have Brooklyn at a friends house until around 8:15 at night. I guess my little girl is growing up a bit. 

There's a chill in the air!

Today was pretty chilly! I think it was around 43 degrees and raining when I took Brooklyn to the bus stop. Both are still loving school!

Brooklyn had tumbling tonight. I think she is really enjoying it. I love how cute she looks in her tumbling outfits!

Beginning to feel like fall!

 It is starting to feel like fall. Had to have Brooklyn in long sleeve and pants today. Tyler did however do her hair and get her ready. I seriously think he does a better job with her hair than me! 

Brooklyn has had a lot of homework this week. She has been so good to do it though and not complaining. I really couldn't be more proud of her. Tyler is so good with her and helps her so much. I am so thankful to have him. She wouldn't do as well if it weren't for him!

School day for the two

 Today Tyler had to get the kids ready and I couldn't believe how darn cute they looked!! Trace was suppose to learn about the letter A today. When I got home and asked him what letter he learned he just had this huge smile and said... "Dunno know" haha He will get it eventually. He seems to be learning more of what Brooklyn is since he is always right there while we do homework with her. 

Brooklyn is doing awesome on Homework. They sent home all the colors and she is suppose to be able to read or memorize the color words. So far she has learned  "Blue, red, pink, green, orange, yellow, and gray." She is so smart and I am so proud of her!

Brooklyn is really enjoying school and she tells me all the time how Hannah is her best friend!

Pretty in pink

 I let Brooklyn sleep on her already curly hair and then just threw it into a messy bun. I thought it turned out way cute. 

She has been doing so well. She gets homework every Friday and it is due the next Friday.  She works on it every day and works so hard on it! I am so proud of her!
