Weekend in Reno

Brooklyn had off from Wednesday-Sunday. We last minute decided to go to Tyler's cousins wedding in Reno. We left Friday and came home Sunday. It was a long drive but it was nice to be there and see everyone.

Parent Teacher Conference

Today Tyler got Brooklyn ready himself again. Her outfit and hair he did it all. I couldn't believe how cute she looked! 

After school was Parent Teacher Conferences. While we were waiting Brooklyn showed me where her witch was in the hallway. The teacher said she is doing well. She is right on track with how old she is. In some areas she is lower and in some she is higher. Overall she is doing great and the teacher is so thankful to have a good student and listener.

Two days of school this week!

Lately the kids have been watching Christmas movies and are already asking "When is Christmas?" I think it's because I started to ask them what they are wanting for Christmas so I can start finding good deals. 

 Here is Brooklyn's Christmas list. She drew Santa the pictures since she can't spell all of them. I told we we can't mail it until after Thanksgiving because that's when the North pole opens. We don't want them getting so excited too early then end up having to wait forever. 

Another Halloween outfit! I wish I had hair dos and outfits for all of October! 

BYU SATURDAY

Once again.. Nothing to do with school but Tyler is finally home and we had our BYU Football Saturday.

Learning the sight words or just memorizing the book?

Brooklyn gets these books sent home that we can use as reading time and for coloring. This week I didn't let her color it hoping she'd learn the color words instead of look at the picture. This is only her second time reading this one. I think she did a great job!

Dancing Skeletons!

Since Tyler is out of town this week we decided to stay at my mom's house after we went to the Zoo.

Wed 9th

I am far behind but I plan on catching up today. The post wont have much info in them but I will post the pictures for the day. Today after school we went to the Zoo with my sister. It was cooler weather and the animals were out and very active.It was a lot of fun!
